OpenAI’s Help Center currently states that Pro 100, Pro 200, and Pro 500 have no five-hour usage limit in ChatGPT Work and Codex. This does not mean unlimited usage: each plan still has an included usage allowance, remaining allowance and reset times are shown in Settings → Usage, and weekly limits may still apply. OpenAI also continues to provide estimated local-message ranges within a five-hour window for Plus and Business Standard. OpenAI has not published the date or time when this rule took effect, so the Help Center’s relative update indicator does not establish when the rule took effect.
